

Q. How do I do a self test before I have my audience to connect to me?
A. Step 1. Start webserver
Step 2. Start Videoserver
Step 3. Start Webbrowser, E.g Internet Explorer
Step 4. Enter IP address of your PC (See bottom of videoserver window)
Step 5. Enter "guest" as username, "guest" as password
Step 6. Download and install videoplayer
Step 7. click "Join Meeting"
Step 8. Allow about 10 seconds for the first screen to appear.
Step 9. Now you should be able to see your screen.
Step 10. Close the videoplay window. Now your test is successful.
Q. Why my audience cannot login?
A. check that your webserver has started 
and/or Try closing your PC firewall.
Q. Why my audience is seeing grey or black screen
A. Try closing your PC firewall.
Q. If I am on wireless, how do I configure my DSL?
A. you may set you PC IP address to be in DMZ or NAT. Please refer to your DSL modem user instruction for settings.
Q. If I am in a company LAN, how do I configure my PC?
A. you may set you PC IP address to be in DMZ or NAT. Please refer to your DSL modem user instruction for settings.
Note : The Alab Presenter indicates your IP address at the bottom. However, this may not be the Public IP. If you need to present to your audience in the internet space, you may find out the Public Ip address by typing under DOS, “ipconfig”. If you are in a private network, you may want to put your PC into the DMZ or NAT the public IP to your internal IP.
