1.0 Installing Audience viewing software (you only need to do this first time) 

1.1 Start IE and enter the IP Address of the Presenter (e.g. http;//123.123.123.152) 

1.2 Enter the Username and Password (given by the Presenter) and login  

1.3 Download and install player (you only need to install first time)

1.4 Click on Join Meeting to view presentation. 

1.5 You may get a grey screen. Not to worry, just close the window and start from step 1.1 and click Join Meeitng. (you dont have to install viewer this time) 

NOTE : Initially, You may need to wait about 5 to 10 second for the first loading of the screen. During this time, you may see pixelization. This is OK.  Afterwards, it takes <2 Seconds for each refresh if you are connect at 384kbps.

  1.5 You may double click on the window to toggle to Full screen mode
