Step 1 Install Alabpresenter.exe into your PC.
Step 2 STARTING YOUR SESSION
1.0. Start Web Server
Right click on the Webserver icon to start. By starting, your PC has become a webserver.

1.1 Assign your Audience username and password
a. Select from Program

b. Start Internet Explorer. Enter IP address of your PC. Example 123.123.123.152

c. Enter Username ‘Admin’, Password ‘Admin’ and category as ‘Administrator’ d. Create new User username and password (you may send these new username and password) to your audience for them to login. e. The default audience username is “guest”, password “guest” This will shorten your startup.
1.2 Setting up Firewall in your presenter PC
a. Ensure that your PC firewall allows “MRserver” and “Webserver” to pass thru.
1.3 Setting VGA (Recommended at Default)
1.3.1 Video size a. The default setting is (1408x1152). It supports screen resolution up to 1440x 1024. This means that your audience is able to see your full screen (1440x1024) even when their PC is only at 1024x768.
1.3.2 Max KBPS Bandwidth a. The default bandwidth is 384kbps (typical latency is <2 sec) b. You may select the bandwidth from 128kbps to 768kbps. Please note that lower bandwidth will mean longer latency.
Inform your audience of your collaboration session
Send a email or MSN to your all audience containing the followings
a. Date, Time of session
b. IP address : Example http://216.168.1.100
c. Ask your participants to click the above link to join meeting
d. Username and Password
Note : The Alab Presenter indicates your IP address at the bottom. However, this may not be the Public IP. If you need to present to your audience in the internet space, you may find out the Public Ip address by typing under DOS, “ipconfig”. If you are in a private network, you may want to put your PC into the DMZ or NAT the public IP to your internal IP.
